2021 Buick Envision

The 2021 Envision is available in three trim levels: Preferred, Essence, and Avenir. On the exterior, every trim level features a rear intermittent, roof rails, and LED illuminants comprising headlamps with automatic on/off, daytime running lamps, and taillamps. All models come with aluminum wheels, though each with distinct finishes and sizes. The Preferred has 18-inch wheels with a Bright Silver finish, the Essence runs on 18-inch wheels with a Charcoal Metallic finish, and the Avenir sports 20-inch wheels with an Avenir Pearl Nickel finish. Additional standard features on the upper trim levels include a hands-free power programmable liftgate with LED logo projection and heated power outside mirrors with memory settings.

The 2021 Envision is equipped with a 2.0-liter Turbo ECOTEC four-cylinder engine that produces 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The engine comes with start/stop capability plus a deactivation switch, so drivers can choose when to use the feature. Also, the engine is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, which comes with driver shift control, a feature that allows drivers to change to manual shifting.

The 2021 Envision is available in front-wheel or all-wheel drive. The intelligent all-wheel-drive system, featuring an active twin clutch, detects which wheel needs additional power in various driving conditions. What's more, the Envision can tow up to 1,500 pounds and is equipped with trailering provisions, including the available trailer hitch. In terms of fuel efficiency, the front-wheel-drive models get 24 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway, while the all-wheel-drive variants get 22 mpg around town and 29 mpg on the highway.

There's enough room inside the 2021 Envision to seat five passengers and up to 25.2 cubic feet of cargo space. For more storage space, fold down the 60/40-split rear seat to increase stowage to 52.7 cubic feet. The Envision's infotainment system features an 8-inch color touch screen in the Preferred, a 10.2-inch color touch screen in the Essence, and a 10.2-inch color touch screen with a navigational system in the Avenir. All models also add two charging USB ports and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Other standard interior features include front bucket seats, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, keyless open and start, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and active noise cancellation. The upper trim levels come with heated driver and front passenger seats, a heated steering wheel, memory settings, remote start, and dual-zone automatic climate control. As the top-rated Envision, the Avenir comes with exclusive enhancements like wireless charging, ventilated driver and front passenger seats, heated rear outboard seats, a head-up display, and driver massage seat controls.

The 2021 Envision is appointed with the standard Buick Driver Confidence Plus. This package bundles a host of safety features, such as lane keep assist with lane departure warning, lane change alert with side blind zone alert, a following distance indicator, forward collision alert, and rear cross traffic alert.
