The museum offers free admission to the entire museum every first Saturday of the month from noon to 4 pm, while admission to the Heritage Art Gallery and Depot Gallery is free every day. Children under the age of five also have daily free admission.
4. Tulare Public Library
For bookworms and people who want to interact with members of their community, the Tulare Public Library at 475 North M Street has several free events every month. Some of these events include Story Time in the Kid’s Space, Thursday and Saturday Book Club, Adult Craft, and Builder Zone.
